Install

Download the file for your system from the release page: .exe for Windows or .dmg for Mac.
Windows: run the installer. If you see “Unknown publisher”, click “More info” → “Run anyway” (the app is not code-signed yet).
Mac: drag 3VisOff to Applications and run once in Terminal: xattr -cr /Applications/3VisOff.app
After that the app updates itself and keeps your data.

Privacy

Your clients, projects, amounts and documents are never sent to the developer. Anonymous stats and error reports are off by default. Details (in Russian)
